2. DATA CONTROLLER VS. DATA PROCESSOR

β AccSeller8 as a Data Processor β We process personal data only on behalf of our Clients, following their instructions.
β Client Responsibility β Clients must ensure they have a valid legal basis for processing data and agree to indemnify AccSeller8 against any non-compliance.
3. DATA WE COLLECT

β End-User Data β Call recordings, transcripts, SMS communications, CRM-related data (customer inquiries, sales pipeline details, deal sizes, marketing management).

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

Clients must store and provide proof of consent upon request. AccSeller8 reserves the right to audit consent records to ensure compliance.

βοΈ Compliance with legal obligationsπ AccSeller8 provides AI-generated interactions. While we strive for accuracy, clients are responsible for monitoring AI outputs and ensuring compliance. AccSeller8 is not liable for AI misinterpretations.
6. DATA SHARING & THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS
We do NOT sell personal data.Data may be shared with:
We partner with trusted third-party service providers to deliver telephony, call recording, AI orchestration, and data storage functionality. All sub-processors are subject to Data Processing Agreements and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure GDPR compliance. 7. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS

β Clients must confirm compliance before exporting user data.
8. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

βοΈ Marketing Data: Retained for up to 3 years unless consent is withdrawn.
